1. Who we are
This notice explains how Veyra (“we”) handles personal data collected through this website. We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act (as revised) of the Cayman Islands.
This notice covers visitors to this website only. Personal data of investors is handled under the privacy notice provided in the relevant offering and subscription documents.
2. What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
- Technical information. When you visit, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit.
3. Why we use it
We use personal data to reply to your enquiries, to operate, secure and improve this website, and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for direct marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and our business (such as hosting and email providers and professional advisers), and with regulators, tax authorities or law enforcement where the law requires it. These parties may process data in other jurisdictions. Where they do, we take steps to ensure the data is appropriately protected.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete it securely.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the relevant data protection authority, such as the Office of the Ombudsman of the Cayman Islands.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
- Language preference. When you switch between English and Chinese, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the website opens in the same language next time. It is not sent to us.
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The website will still work, but your language choice will not be remembered.
